Ok, I'll bite. Yes, some stupid SOB shot a Black Sea Bass. He/she wasn't a spearo. He/she was a poacher doing an illegal unethical thing. That person should not only go to jail, he/she should have thier boat confiscated and sold. Don't confuse the SOB that did this with an actual spearo, they are not the same. Anymore than a Rapist should be confused with monogamist.

Now, that "sad" looking Black Sea Bass was following around the wounded BSB out of a schooling instinct only. It does not 'feel' emotions, it does not possess reasoning abilities, it does not know loyalty, logic, love, hate, feel or have any other higher brain function. It is nothing more than a fish, period. When it dies, and it soon will, its "mate", which you have ascribed human qualities too, will feed on its dead carcass and move on.

BTW, Bambi was actually a cartoon(it wasn't real).
