you just penned a darling little soliloquy on why it is perfectly acceptable for you and your buddies to UNNECESSARILY harass the crap out of some of the most unique creatures that inhabit OUR shared waters. And fyi, the state constitution says that the living resources of the state belong to all of its citizens--so you good stewarts are free to take your frustrations out on the inhabitants if you so choose. But that in no way precludes you from being criticized for bragging about doing such a stupid and calloused thing. Grow up.
