I assume that these are not your DM's? If they are working with an instructor he should be paying them, or at least providing airfills and food. If they are working directly for you then why can't you kick down for a few lousy airfills? You just want them to work their asses off for nothing? Whenever I Dive Con I tip the crew, maybe I should discontinue the courtesy?
