From what I have been reading on the bbs about those that have tons of experience and how they are safer alone, along comes a definitive report from a true investigative agency that say's point blank the 4 things that contributed to Mia's death.
As it is very sad that equipment problems, overweighting, buddy-less diving, and actually planned for her dives and not taken the profiles as they came, the acknowleged "expert" diver would be with us still.
Complacency, even among the "expert" crowds, kills. D.I.R. style training is looking more and more appropriate for the masses.
