providing its a simple dive...I have been on air considerbly deeper than that (when I was younger, better shape and foolish I hit a Po2 of better than 2.0), you can learn to deal with the narcosis by repeated exposures but i'll stick with mix below that. I routinely dive nitrox mixes in the 150-160 range as long as I don't have any penetrations planned. If I plan on penetrating any wreck or cave its mix starting at 130.
