Whose training? DIR? TDI? Your favorite?
If guys like Mike want to charter a boat and make it single agency, that's their perogative. Tim has wisely, imo, stayed clear. You see his philosophy every time you're in the heads - the diver responsibility code.
Personally, I would be happier if we stopped treating divers as babies and went back to the way it used to be. The 70s were better; they didn't pretend that diving was safe.
