"PS holding onto kelp or rocks to complete a safety stop doesn't count as proper weighting. The system needs to work for everyone."

Why ? I know another backpack diver that adds more weight and doesn't pick up rocks but she uses a slight one legged fin swirl to stay at the 15' stop.

I know someone who drives a huge built 9000 lb. Silverado SUV that he added a 700 lb. bumper that is capable of snapping a small six inch tree in order to get out of trouble off roading. I'm glad everyone doesn't drive this vehicle as it''s not for everyone and either is backpack diving. Can you qualify why you think this backpack system needs to work for everyone?
