Whose treatment standard is that?

Are you quoting a published standard or a rule of thumb? Reef Seekers has a policy that Ken shared. You have a treatment plan that you shared. But where does it come from? I question the wisdom of self evaluation unless one is diving alone from his own and in that case deco diving is lunacy.
