As I've said before, build fish houses.
Fish population density on any reef is limited by what is called
Micro Topographical Variation, otherwise known as holes to hide in.
So when you are diving and you notice a crack between two rocks,
that could be easily sealed by putting a rock on top of it, do it.
You can create quality fish houses, One of the most, or the most,
limited resources on the reef.
