So your theory is if less forage was harvested that then other species would flourish?
Maybe, but how do we know that what is taken isn't excess forage and not vital forage that is being best utilized in other areas for different purposes? Is it not possible that this excess could go to waste if not harvested or if left unchecked would consume too much plankton or some other vital ingredient if left in the system?
