If someone is there supposedly representing just for instance the interests of non consumptive recreational divers - I list that category because that is the one that I belong to - I would hope that they would make posts along the lines of:

1. Hi there, I'm so and so and this is what I represent.

2. This is the plan and how it will affect local recreational dive sites.

3. Draw a clear map.

4. Present something that I can relate to, look at, say hum, well what about the whatever critters that I know live here or whatever. Then I could easily provide input that might be useful and maybe even valuable to the habitat.

5. Having the big manual to refer to is helpful, but I need an information sorter to cut to the grist of it.
