Sort of the flip side of Kendall's question . . .
What do YOU look for/want in "your" dive shop?
Perhaps you could list the 5 things that are most important to you, in order of importance. It would also be interesting to know from the standpoint of when you first started diving, what attracted you to the shop where you got certified?
