i have all the respect in the world for DIR.

it just takes new resort divers time to get up to that threshhold. and they have to decide if their sightseeing underwater is worth a ton of money for DIR training and gear.

i am not image conscious. so i am not DIR.

but anything that can make diving safer, including DIR, is fine with me.
