We all agree there are not enough wardens. We need more. Solution? More money and competitive wages.
Fishing license dollars? Not one penny goes into the general fund. These dollars go into many things: hatcheries, wardens, biologists, managers, boats, cars, pencils, gas, etc. All those things that go into providing fishing opportunities, protecting those resources from the bad guys, and managing those resource for Californians.
