First time on the board...excellent information. I have done a lot of shore dives and have an opportunity to go diving Catalina with a buddy who has a yacht. I am concerned about diving and not having someone on the boat in case we get hit with a fast current or the anchor releases. Has anyone done this before? We might take the dinghy in closer to shore as well but I am concerned about the dinghy being there when we get back. Any ideas and experiences from others would be greatly appreciated.
