Mike,

There are so many factors when regular people turn into weekend warriors. You make brash across the board statements. You usually don't support your statements with anything except more brash statements - not facts.

I have found a dive tracker to be a great extra safety tool. Part of being a good navigator is realizing some of the limitations of a compass. The dive tracker overcomes some of these limitations. It also can make my life really easy.

There are people out there with bad backs, bad knees, bad necks, arthritis, etc. etc. etc. When you make your across the board unconditional statements you do not qualify it with "this is what is right for me". You are not a physician, or a physical therapist. You are a diver from a specific school of thought, who teaches that school of thought and makes a profit in doing so.
