Who has seen the latest issue of Rodales? They had an editorial and
an article just ripping on buddy diving. They claim now that solo
diving is all the rage and the safest way to dive.
Then, in a couple issues back, they had a write up about DIR,
praising their philosophies. Well, according to DIR, buddy diving
is absolutely carved in stone.
What does everyone think of this one?
Do you think that amature divers will think they "get permission" to
solo dive from a magazine that can't make up it's mind?
I personally think people can be swayed by what they read, rather
than making intelligent decisions on their own.
