Need an advice concerning Laguna solo diving

Divers,

I moved to here from Spain a two weeks ago and I have heard that message boards around here have been filled with solo diving related discussion. However, I have done quite a lot solo diving in Spain and I'd like to do here as well. I hear that solo diving is no-no in Laguna but what consequenses there will be if I decide to do solo dives in Laguna? Will I get a ticket? How much? Is there life guards present all year around? Should I enter with some divers and once under water go on my own? Is there any other tricks to do solo diving? How many of prefer solo diving like I do?
