I went to ocean adventures in venice and had the worst experience i have ever had with a dive store. without getting into details, i cancelled a class due to unforseen circumstances (a class that was not even scheduled yet) and the store owner told me i was "burning him" among many other unpleasantries. we ended up getting into a shouting match in the middle of the store, and i eventually left without getting any of my money back. by the way, i was told i could get my money back by the course director before all this happened. a true put another dollar in store - i will never do business with them again, and i certainly will never send any there, either.
