willfully damages or otherwise hinders a person(s) ability to conduct business. There have been many lawsuits brought against defendants who dafamed persons or businesses over the internet. And thats the key..the internet. Sure you can run down people in protected conversations between like minded people. The liability issue arises when those regular and continous comments are published over the WWW. Do a google search if you don't believe me. Its all there in black and white. Furthermore, its ridiculous to assume that PADI, or anyone, would bring the issue up if there and not already been a percedent set.
