went by Sea D Sea tonight, Barry had the new lobster report cards for next fall. I was the first on the block to buy one.

Two things I learned:

You must have your fishing license with you when you buy one, they need the #.

The requirement to make an entry whenever you change location isn't that bad after all, the locations go by code and they are pretty broad. Each island is one location, for example. The continental shoreline is much more broken up.
