Sea Otter at PV

Last week I saw my first sea otter while diving. It was at Palos Verdes. I was freediving for White Seabass in the kelp. I surfaced and found myself face to face with one at the surface. furry face and cute as ever.We stared at one another for a minute and then he took off. I guess they're expanding their territory south. Anyone else seen one?
