Since when is driving a right guaranteed by the Constitution? Or, for that matter, diving? How about a little responsibility here guys, a little forethought, a little restraint? No one is trying to take away your scuba gear. No one is trying to deny you access to your favorite dive spots. What IS happening here is a concerted effort to protect our near-shore fisheries from a variety of human-induced pressures. Ask yourself this; do you want to be able to enjoy diving in our waters for years to come, or perhaps share this wonderful experience with your children? If the answer is yes, then get on the stick and support this plan. If you don't give a s**t, then fine, have fun whining about your "rights". Just don't be surprised one day when the only fish left to point your spear at turns out to be tiny little female sheepsheads.
