In the MPLA marine reserve areas, all boating , and diving will be prohibited!
The areas include the anchorages at Santa Barbara Island, San Nicolas Island, and Most of PV.

From the reserve definition:
"Therefore, access and use (such as walking, swimming, boating and diving) may be restricted to protect marine resources."
